Return Policy

Please carefully review the size guides on each product page before you place an order.  Please contact us if you have any questions regarding fit and size. 

RETURNS

Our return policy protection lasts 14 days from the delivered date. Unfortunately, we can’t honor a refund or exchange after 14 days from when you received your items. 

If you need to return an item, please contact us first by email at contact@threadstolove.com with your receipt or proof of purchase, and reason for return.  If you do not contact us first, we cannot guarantee your return or exchange will be completed.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on your card carrier.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange a defective product for the same item, please submit a claim with your receipt or proof of purchase, and reason for return by email at contact@threadstolove.com and we will provide you with further information.

RETURN SHIPPING

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging your item, we offer free shipping on the replacement product.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary (please see shipping policy above).

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund in accordance with this policy.

LOST PACKAGES

For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date.  Please submit a claim on our Contact Page or email us at contact@threadstolove.com and we will provide you with further information.
