Defective Item Return Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We do offer free shipping on the replacement product.  

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary (please see shipping policy above).

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange of the defective item.

To exchange your product, please email us at and include information from the order confirmation that was emailed to you at the time of purchase or include the following information:

  • Your name and billing address
  • The name, address and ZIP code of the person who placed the order, if it was a gift
  • The original purchase price and approximate date of the purchase
  • The item name and number of the merchandise, if available
  • Photos of the defect
